The hotel offers a great view of the city and it is conveniently located near famous landmarks. The room had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of dishes to choose from.

The hotel lacked cleanliness in some areas, the carpet seemed like it needed to be vacuumed, and there were some stains on the walls. We also experienced some noise from construction work nearby that started early in the morning, which interrupted our romantic escape.

This place is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to a central mall and near other tourist sites, with family-friendly rooms, providing a nice overall experience.

Unfortunately, there was not a single thing I liked about the hotel. It was very dirty and smelly, the bed linen was very dirty, had not been changed. There was no soap or towels and the room as well as the bathroom was dank, dirty and stank. The only good thing about the place was the availability of taxi service, which is pretty much standard in every other hotel as we paid for it.

It was difficult to find the hotel even for the local taxi driver as it was located in some little back lane. The breakfast was pathetic, they gave us one omelet for 2 pax. It was also not as close to the airport as they said it was, the main reason why we chose to stay there.

Cleanliness is the best facility found at Grace.Food from the kicthen was just excellent.Fridge can be equipped with Cool drinks / simple snacks.Hotel Grace staff was found gracefull and highly cooperative.

The Grace Hotel in New Delhi was a fantastic stay for me. Best aspects included the hotel's cleanliness, good breakfast, and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were also impressive, offering convenient parking and transportation options. Being very close to the main airport was a major advantage, making it easy for me to catch my flight. The location, though not in the best area of the city, was still convenient considering its proximity to the airport.

Worst aspects of this hotel included the fact that it was not obvious to find.

It was terrible. No hotel pickup that I ordered, no buffet breakfast as promoted, room not cleaned from previous occupant so needed to change and room not much better, very dirty bathroom , toilet, mirrors, floors etc. every tap was leaking, sink cold water tap not working at all. Strike it off your list. It was 10.30pm when I arrived after 18hrs traveling and if was not so late then I would have not stayed. One towel and nothing else

The room was spacious and there were no complaints; the location is convenient for dining at Wti Mahal Restaurant just nearby, meeting all expectations.

Staff were very friendly even though we didn't agree on dirty bedding they tried to understand.

Wifi did not work. Room did not have facilities mentioned when booking. The room smelt disgusting and I had to burn incense. The bedding was full of loads of black hair and dirty, obviously used. When I asked staff to change it they put a new sheets and put dirty pillows and doona back on the bed. When I complained they asked me what my problem was.. Very scary, eventually they gave me new, clean doona but I had to hassle to get it..

The room was good and much better than other hotels in same area.the wash room was clean and room spacious.more than I expeected. Reception very friendly and helpful. Recomended highly for te transit passengers at indra gandhi airport delhi dr.sunil chowdhari

This was not my first time in delhi.. All I can say is absolutley fabulous, the staff are great the room was lovely the young man whom looked after our room was brilliantly .... On arrival the reception area and passageway were very dim and gloomy and as first impressions count... Nice big and clean room ... as I seen alot of buget hotel in delhi near by airport this hotel is one of the best buget hotel I will recommend ...big lcd screen, Spring mattress, sofa, writting table, Hotel / cold water everything was their ..... also had good breakfast over their ... I vl be back

No such complaint as compare to money value I considered hotel is really fine ....if drop can be complimentay it gonna be great...

I recently stayed at a hotel near the IGI airport and I must say that the location was very convenient. It was just a short distance away from the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight without any hassle.

I found my stay at this hotel to be satisfactory.

We arrived at 3am in the hotel, easy check in.

After checking in nothing were easy. Amature Staff, lying for everything, Bedsheets were used, no buffet brackfast. Its sad that property is good but very poor management.
